I miss homegrown fresh herbs in winter.
We have this balcony where we grew hot and sweet peppers, large and small tomatoes, basil, cilantro, rosemary, mint, thyme, bay leaves, and dill.
I especially miss having those first three herbs on hand.
They're so expensive to buy for one recipe, and then hard to use all the rest before it goes bad!
I guess I could grow herbs indoors. Does anyone have favorite indoor herb-growing tips?
