Looking for a Hispanic Caribbean food market?

Looking for a Hispanic/Caribbean grocery store that carries salted cod fish, canned ackee, jerk seasoning, ox tails, yuca (cassava), plantains, auyama (West Indian pumpkin), yautia blanca (taro/dasheen), yautia morada (blue taro/dasheen), pipiota (cocoyam), ñame (mapuey/yam)? Not looking for them as prepared dishes just ingredients. I've been to a Harris Teeter and Food Lion looking for this and have only found frozen cod, asked the meat section employee at Harris Teeter if they sold OX tails and told me he doesn't think that existed. Also checked their fresh produce section and never find root vegetables (the ones mentioned above) only ever see potatoes and sweet potatoes! I'm located in Raleigh, NC moved here from NY and I'm feeling very nostalgic and missing the food that was so easy to make at home because I could find the main ingredients at grocery stores. Please if you have any suggestions or have found these items at a grocery store let me know! I might have to consider that this place is not for me. Below are pictures of most of the roots I mentioned above and canned ackee.
