First time tonight, ventured in search of raw bar despite dearth of recent ch posts on the place. Started with a half dozen of the best oysters I've ever had (three kumamotos, three hog island). Followed by scallop ceviche chosen on waitress's rec. over scallop sashimi and quicky replaced when I realized I preferred the simpler preparation. Then half a lobster on ice (and on salt, which melted into the lobster--bad idea-- but the lobster was promptly removed to another plate on request) and a lobster cocktail (lobster, avocado, orange). Quiet enough, lively enough, great simple food, great service and prices. New favorite.
