Herbed tuna and egg @ Flour

So I FINALLY made it into Flour in the S. End for a sandwich. Wow. I *thought* for sure I would order the blt and then I saw the herbed tuna with olive tapenade, hard cooked egg, pickled carrots and a bit of mesclun. This was so darn good. Oh and did I mention the "oreo" - crunchy ridiculously chocolately cookies stuck together with butter cream frosting. I'm doing the food coma version of Homer Simpson after one too many Duffs.

Next time I'm after the roasted chicken with avocado and jicama. Ordering is a little disorganized but the wait wasn't too bad. They do have an ARMY working in the kitchen.
