Save yourself $6 and a case of gastritis and avoid this horrible excuse for a deli in the lobby of the venerable Monadnock building.
I heard from a co-worker that it was good, so I stopped by and ordered a roast beef sandwich. The guy behind the counter got a cellophane-wrapped, pre-made sandwich from the refrigerator and popped the whole thing - croissant and all- into the microwave for about a minute. It was served with that awkward microwaved-bread-and-lunchmeat smell (anyone else know what I'm talking about?) Reminded me of an elementary school cafeteria.
A much better (albeit altogether different, given the sit-down service) dining experience can be had at Cavanaugh's in the same building. The place kind of stinks when you first walk-in, but you get used to it. I go there often and still haven't tired of the Reuben. It's reasonably-sized, unlike some places, and the fries are always crispy.
If size matters, there's this one sandwich (I forget the name) that's got chicken and ham and honey-dijon dressing.
Another favorite of mine is the steak sandwich, which is not really a sandwich given that it's too huge to fold.
