Whatever Happened to the Flushing Grilled Octopus Guy?

10-15 years ago there was a Taiwanese dude grilling octopus on the street in Flushing, on Prince St. It was all the rage. Now I can't find a single reference.

Does anyone know if he's still there? Or, for that matter, exactly what he was serving? I think it was baby octopus, but maybe it was balls or cut pieces. Also, was he (as I remember) Taiwanese?
