I wanted to ask those members who own and use Matfer Bourgeat copper pans, how they like their handles? While I've been happy overall with the performance of my Atelier De Cuivre copper pans, their slim cast iron handles are too "turny". That is, as an example, if you're trying to empty the contents of a saucepan, given the pans are already quite heavy, being thick copper and all, it's hard to get a solid grip with their slim handles, and the handles turn in your hand. I have read the Matfer Bourgeat handles are quite thick and solid. Do people find the handles easy to grip? I've already ordered a few pieces from MB to make up the gaps in my other copper set, so I'd appreciate the feedback of those who own the Matfer Bougeat copperware. Thanks.
