i just received a cast iron gril pan from crate and barrel as a gift and used it to make shish kabobs the other night. they came out great, but i found the pan almost impossible to get clean - there are still black blobs of burnt on "stuff" clinging after much scrubbing.
any tips on how to get it clean?
also, i didn't season the pan to begin with because 1. it didn't come with any sort of instructions telling me to do so, and 2. i would have no idea how. . . .help :)
