Is it hopeless to find great seafood this far from any ocean? In years past we have gotten decent stuff from Byerly's, but not for about the last five years - we have gotten so much stinky stuff from them that we will no longer try.

I never liked Coastal Seafoods; it always smelled so horrible and was so dirty - is that just me?

Whole Foods? Kowalsky's? Oh, I should mention that the prices are especially a turn-off these days, too...

Any ideas, or should I give up fish except when traveling?
