My apologies if this has been printed on this site before - I honestly don't know who to credit this appearance in my file (from either here or another foodie site) , but I do know it is from the NYTimes.
Made it this past week - divided it into 6 portions for meals in the fridge. Also made cornbread - but wasn't happy with that recipe so much.
