A great meal or two in Marseille and/or Aix

I've found myself in Aix-en-Provence for a couple weeks. Most of the time I'm doing the grad student thing and just eating cheap at the University Resto U and in the apartment, but I'd love a recommendation or two on places worth a splurge (though bargains still appreciated) for good Provencal food. It's got to be good enough to be worth a cab ride (as buses won't be running to my place after dinner) and eating alone.
I'm also contemplating spending this Saturday in Marseille, just because I've never been. Can anyone recommend a great place for a large traditional lunch? I'm talking bouillabaisse, or something else equally Marseillaise. I know Cous-cous is a local specialty, but I get plenty of that in Paris.
Any tips greatly appreciated.
