Homemade Crepes with Seafood, Stuffed Squash blossoms with Housemade Sausage, Amazing Venison with Sweet Potato Gnocchi, wild mushrooms and Juniper with A venison Demi Glaze, Beef Tenderloin with Port wine Demi Glaze, Zupa D' Pece with Sea bass Broth was right on time with flavor and texture, a pork Tenderloin Cutlet with Oregonata Breadcrumb crust and Pesto Sauce, Sautéed Potatoes with Broccoli Rabe, Baby Zucchini with Tomatoes and Basil and for dessert Chocolate Torte, A fruit Tureen, Ricotta Cheesecake, Apple Strudel in a Napoleon Style and Chocolate Dipped Strawberries, 2 great wines from Tuscany! Joseph is a wonderful warm man and his wife is so charming (and she knows her wine!). 9763 W. Broward Blvd. in Plantation 954-473-0000. Tell them Chef Tom sent ya!
