GREAT Greens

Tonight I tried an experiment while grilling vegetables, I was using a pizza pan with the holes in it for the vegetables and had bought some pea greens at a farmers market the other day. I decided to toss them onto the pan after they had been soaking in water in my sink. Cooked until slightly wilted and added shitake mushroom vinegarette from Trader Joes...what a great easy side!!!! (Even my picky pup ate them while I bit my tongue lest he stop!!!)
