last week I picked up a little container of a salad in NYC before I went to JFK and now I cannot duplicate it! It was tabbouleh grain and either bulgur or quinoa mixed with cranberry (fresh or rehydrated from dried?) and some green savory minced item (made me think of some kind of Japanese pickle). The dressing was sesame oil-based. Any recipes? I can manage some improv here but I have no basis for this type of salad and the online recipes I have been able look pretty gross!
