Has anyone been to this new place in Ballard (near the Locks). It's an interesting concept, part frozen prepared food shop, part classroom. The concept that I don't understand is that you pay about$75 for a 3 hour cooking session, in a group to make food that will be frozen and sold to others. You do not get any food to take home, nor do you get any recipes. The food that your group makes is frozen and sold to other customers. If you want food to take home, you must pay the going price for each dish. So, you're paying $75 to be labor for their company?
I'm not saying this to diss anyone, I'm just really confused about this concept. Has anyone done this? What was it like? Was it worth your money to do it? What did you get out of it?
