Good Spanish Tortilla at Solera

Jim Leff | Oct 26, 2005 03:12 PM

Had a pretty decent slice of Spanish tortilla (potato omelet) at Solera (216 E 53rd St). And I'm a very tough judge of tortilla.

It was obviously made by a Latin American chef, but he was at least working from an authentically Spanish recipe.

Good but pricy with a glass of cognac.
