One good place, one not so good in Ogunquit

Heard about Bintloff for breakfast on Chowhound and tried it out this morning with SO. It was excellent! She had the vegetable eggs benedict and could not stop talking about great it was and how much food there was on her plate and that she could not finish it. I had the Creme Brulee French Toast with a side order of Corned Beef Hash and was also impressed. Both portions were huge and tasty. Would recommend it anytime!

On Friday we went to Five-O Shore. Not a good experience. The stuffed Haddock was filled with a VERY spicy stuffing which destroyed the dish totally. Then for dessert I ordered a Maine Blueberry Crostina. When it came I noticed right away that the blueberries were huge. Guess what? Maine blueberries are small! So I guess they figured blueberries are blueberries. Not for me. The prices are high and we felt rushed to eat and move out. Was not impressed at all.

One last place. We went back to Joshua's for dinner tonight and once again enjoyed it. I made the mistake of saying it was in Ogunquit when I first wrote about it but it is actually in Wells which is just up the road about 4 miles. Make the trip! It is more than worth it!
