good multi-lingual culinary dictionaries?

I'm in search of very detailed, comprehensive {insert foreign language}-to-English (and vice versa if they don't exist without) dictionaries of food terms to use when reading foreign language cookbooks or menus.

A German waiter at a restaurant in Spain had a fanstastic one which translated even the most obscure cuts of meats, and types of seafood and poultry - into several languages, in one slim volume - however as German was the base language, this wasn't particularly helpful to me. But it had the right idea. I'd be happy with several dictionaries, one each for Spanish, French, Italian, etc. if an all-in-one doesn't exist.

Detail is the operative word, I'm not looking for a slim phrase-book of the top 100 commonly used food terms. I've perused a few of the online options and they are very uneven...I've basically picked a handful of words in French, Italian and Spanish with which to 'test' them, and they didn't cope.

So any/all suggestions would be most welcome !
