is this a good Japanese meal ,or what!

Dinner at Hirohisa in SoHo started with
homemade warm tofu,topped with hokkaido uni and caviar
next was snow crab
then abalone with some yuzu
followed by a sashimi course of hiramasa (kingfish), ika, kinmedai,Japanese Blackfish ( very firm,white meat)
Then marinated kohada sushi
followed by duck dumpling ( kamo manju)
Then grilled sockeye salmon
then grilled iberico pork
the finale ( before dessert) was grilled unagi, house made oshinko, and miso soup
Dessert was panacea with soy powder and berry
Very delicious, great service. Great meal.
