I wondered if anyone can recommend a good brand of Chinese Black Vinegar (aka Chinkiang Vinegar). I've been using Koon Chun, but the last couple of times I've bought it, it tastes weird to me -- a little sweeter maybe. It might just be that I live in an area with a very small East Asian population, so stock at the Asian market sits on the shelves for a long time. If there's something good I can get on Amazon or via another online purveyor, that would be great.
PS: Even though I know some people do it, I don't want to sub balsamic.
