Does anyone know of a San Francisco restaurant or pasta shop that offers Gnudi [Ignudi?] regularly, or even occasionally? They are ping-pong sized balls of Riccota and spinach or other ingrediants served w/sauce [similar to but larger than gnocchi] that I always look forward to in Tuscany but never see here. They are also sold "pre-made" in the markets in Florence and Lucca etc. and I've often wondered why they I never see[notice] them since they are simple to make and a nice alternative to gnocchi.
