I just ran across a link to Garlic Valley garlic juice...it comes in a pour or a spray and has the juice of 150 roasted cloves of garlic. You can spray it on or dribble into oil, spray onto food, salads, etc. Sounds kind of intriguing. Normally, I wouldn't think of using pre-prepped garlic, but this is intriguing.
Anybody use this, or know of it? What is your experience?
