Fully clad stainless saucepans recommendations

Hi to everyone. Although I have some stainless lined copper saucepans (with cast iron handles), and don't get me wrong, they cook great, but I'm loath to used them for simple tasks like heating up a soup, or boiling some eggs etc. I have some older Cuisinart disc based stainless pans, which while well made, only have an aluminium disc on the bottom, and I find the edges can scorch, so I'm looking at a quality set of fully clad stainless saucepans. I was looking at the Demeyere Industy 5, or similar. I bought a Le Creuset saucier (on the recommendation of Cooks Ilustrated), and while I found it pretty good, it's responsiveness to heat change isn't as good as I expected. I guess cooking with copper does that to you, hehe. What do people think of their fully clad stainless saucepans? I have seen some celebrity chefs on TV using them. Other recommendations I'm happy to consider. I'm after quality build and excellent, even heat distribution most of all, price is only a secondary consideration. Thanks all.
