Fried dumplings on Mosco Street

After a long lunch of dim sum at the Golden Unicorn on Saturday (a favorite of my kids), I was sent to buy some rice dishes while my wife and kids went to a nearby playground. As I walked up Mosco Street to Mott, I noticed a long line of Chinatown residents snaking out of a basement storefront. The only english on the sign was "Fried Dumplings." The store was only 10x20 feet, half of which was an open kitchen where row upon row of dumplings were being made. At five for a dollar, they were flying out of the store as fast as they could be made and I wasted no time getting on line, even though I had just finished lunch. They were delicious. I can't imagine that a find like this has not been discovered previously by other chowhounds. Does anybody know about this place?
