Fried Chicken in the Quarter

Can anyone help me remember the name of the little hole in the wall spot right across the street from the Market that has the most delectable fried chicken I've ever had? I had heard this place was famous for it. It's a no frills kind of joint, seating is on bar stools, concrete floors if I recall. I think it's on Decatur, it's just down from Cafe du Monde. I'm a New Yorker, but I have a friend heading to NOLA soon and he's looking for some food recommendations. I wanted to point him to this place and try and convince him to bring some back for me!
