My wife and I are celebrating my 40th birthday with a great meal and a concert at Carnegie at 8pm. We enjoy seafood, French, Italian. Neither one of us eat red meat and we don't need super high end like Per Se, Masa, etc....We would like to keep our bill at $200 or less (including everything but wine).
By the way... RGR (and many others) recommended Tratorria Trecoloria. WOW!!! That place was perfect...great pasta, great service, nice atmosphere etc....Thanks so much!
But, we're looking for something maybe a little more special...romantic...etc...Thinking about Telepan, Bouley, Po's tasting menu, even Batali's place in the Village (can't remember the name).
