A question from some one who has minimal experience in Chinese food.
We went to "Super Juicy Dumpling" in Brea over the weekend and enjoyed the 'pork dumplings', XLB ribs and shrimp fried rice.
Really liked the food, but the fried rice had a very different taste/seasoning? Is this just the way this particular place does the rice or is it unique to this particular class of Chinese cooking?
Hope to have some one who has been here respond.
We can really get hooked on the dumplings. Yum!!
