visited several of the places recommended and agreed with the recommendations. Several observations are:

traffic on 95 and everywhere can be horrible, horrible, horrible, at rush hour (80% of the days) know your alternate routes and plan accordingly.

Garcias - good food, neat deck view, not open after 7:00 at night.

Rickey's - Lobster is good: 18.95 for a two lobster dinner on fri-sun. $5.00 for sharing but not charged because we bought more items. We were there at 5:00 on Sunday and they ran out at 6:00. They can run out on Sunday! Wear a sweater because they keep the place at 65 degrees - I guess to remind the yankee tourists what it is like back home. Also very good wings and other specials during the week.

Oggi - very good and well worth it. not off the 125 st causeway as reported but the 71st st causeway. Moral of the story- look the address up before you go especially if you are on the road at rush hour. ha ha.
