This got me thinking.
Another dish like this is Chicken Scarpariello. I've seen it on lots of Italian menus. On the bone, off the bone. With sausage, without sausage. With a bunch of vegetables, without a bunch of vegetable. Tomato-type sauce, other sauce. etc. No agreement
So, are there other foods that don't have an agreed preparation?
