Foodniks opened a fairly short time ago in Tiburon. I don't know if it's the same owner as the prior Foodniks (same location) of a few/several years ago. Anyway, I had a slice of ham and cheese quiche (about $6) for lunch today. It was quite large and quite good, with quality ingredients. The slice was "high" instead of low or thin, and to make that work the eggs were cooked more than I like for a quiche, making it (to me) more like an "egg loaf" than quiche. but I know that's a style that's quite common. It was very good; I just have to forget about the creamier type of quiche. I'd say they care about their food, so try this place and see what you think.
