I am learning how to decorate cakes with fondant, and I have a question on fondant.
First, I hear you shouldn't put it in the refrigerator. That is fine, but can you prep a cake in advance that has fillings that require refrigerator like a lemon curd or pastry cream?
Second, if I am going to freeze a cake, can I pull it out after and fondant-ize it at me leisure?
