The Olde Stone Mill on Scarsdale Ave. in Tuckahoe is under new management. There is a new menu featuring Italian/American specialties. A new kitchen, too. Florio Rugova, a veteran of the hospitality business, has taken over the day to day. Some of you may recognize Florio from the years he spent at La Fontanella in Pelham; La Sala, Larchmont; and most recently Jordon Hall Steakhouse, Pelham.
I scanned the new menu over a beer in their bar/lounge. Expect such new specialties as: Clams Casino, Gamberoni ai Champagne, Pork Osso Buco, Vitello Oscar and Surf & Turf.
