Following previous report, I found this place to be quite a good find. Very nice interior, full linen table cloth and reasonable prices (very).
3 cup squid is nice. Dark soy based sauce with lots of softened garlic bulbs and sliced ginger intermingled in the rich dark sauce. The squid is smallish and tender. I am impressed with this dish.
Kau Yuk - fatty pork belly - in rich dark sauce with preserved mustard veg. Decent version. Too fatty and not as good of layered meats in between.
HAKKA special dish turned out to be lots skinny celery pieces, juliened pressed tofu and pork in siy based sauce. Quite nice
Oyster ommelette is not bad.
I saw many interesting dishes:
-Sea bass and tofu in hot plate
-Hot pot dish, not sure what kind
-Mixed shrimp with veg dish
