Hello all, I am on what may very well be an impossible mission. I am hoping to find Seville oranges and/or sheep's milk somewhere in the Chicagoland area. I want to make an orange reduction similar to an orange curacao liquor to use in a coffee drink I am concocting... Seville oranges are what Curacao is made from but possibly other bitter oranges could have the same result. The sheep's milk is for an experiment in creating textured milk for coffee drinks as it has a higher protein than normal whole milk from a cow (aids in developing good froth for cappuccinos). If anyone has seen these ingredients anywhere or knows of a suitable orange substitute the information would be appreciated.
