Finally found organic raw cream-now what??

I have never had raw cream and saw a pint of it in the fridge of a small dairy. I had to have it because of all I have heard about it. The cream was fairly expensive and tastes oh so good. I know that it has a short shelf life and I don't want to just waste it in my morning coffee. So, I need some ideas of what to do with a pint of real cream!
