I love Pho and usually get it at Pho1 in North Woburn, it's pretty good, but the broth can be pretty bland. Not so at a new place downtown, theirs is so aromatic and yummy!
If you love Pho like I do, give Cilantro a try! I spoke to the owner today and picked up a medium for I believe 8.95. Took it to a friend's house to share (yes, it's large enough), and we were both blown away. We got the Pho Ga (as it's my favorite), and it was exceptional. The chicken (and there was a lot), was fat free and tender.
I'm so happy to add another little gem to my repertoire. I will have to give their Spicy Thai Basil fried rice a try next time. Just thought I'd share.
I spoke to one of the owners, Joe and he said they had been in Thailand after opening in January, because a relative was sick. They are now back and open for buisness!
The one thing I don't understand is why they opened right next door to another Asian restaurant, 3 Country Bistro. I sure hope they stay!!
