This weekend, Hubs and I are hosting the 2nd Melbourne Food Bloggers Banquet, and I need a super-whizz-bang recipe to showcase these little morsels.
No fig and meat combo's please.
I was thinking of doing a caramelised onion, honey, fig and blue cheese tart.
Is that a bit passe??
AND, I want to cook it off in the wood-fired oven, too.
