Ferry Building market plans

squid-kun | Oct 2, 200209:47 PM

Cowgirl Creamery and Frog Hollow Farms, among others, have signed up to occupy permanent stores in the spiffed-up Ferry Building once it opens next year, today's Chron reports. More details on the market plans at the link below.

And if you're wondering what those construction workers are up to at the old Bank of America in North Beach (more recently a Carl's Jr.), read a bit farther down: Alfred Schilling is opening a chocolate store/restaurant there -- a big step up in location from his former place, kind of between neighborhoods on Market Street. Small plates tentatively priced at $5-$24. (Excuse me, $24? At that price I'll take a big plate, please.)
