I'd like to pick up some fermented tofu to use with my chinese greens but really have no frame of reference to particular brands etc.
Does anyone have favorites and know where to pick it up? I'm planning on heading down to argyle in the next couple days so anything around there would be great
also how long does the stuff keep?
by the way, the request is partially motivated by getting the new fuchisa dunlop book on sichuan cooking, english title: land of plenty, which is plenty great and i noticed it's being sold on amazon in combo with another great book - thai food by david thompson
