My husband and I have done research and put together an itineray for our first trip to Sonoma Sept 7 - 9. We think we have Friday/Saturday plans cemented, but welcome feedback, as well as any suggestions for Sunday. While we both like Pinots and Chards, I'm a little worried we're focusing too much time in the Russian River Valley. I'm unexperienced in Zinfandels, so I thought spending time in Dry Creek might be a good option for Sunday, (assuming wineries are open). But considering we're headed to Napa on Monday morning for two more days of tasting, he thinks we should change course on Sunday...allowing for more flexibility or doing something other than wine altogether. Thanks in advance for any thoughts/suggestions!
