OK, so Wahine has suggested this topic: What's your favorite general seasoning salt, and why? By "general", I guess I mean something you shake on food, the flavor of which is not *dominated* by something specific, like lemon pepper, garlic, or a specific herb or spice--even though it could include anything and everything.
One question begetting another, it might help understanding and exploration if you disclose the region where you live. Here in Washington, a salt called Johnny's Dock is popular, and I know many folks in the South favor Tony Cachere's, but I'm unfamiliar with other regional favorites.
Educate us please.
