Hi all - I asked my sis-in-law what she wants from CHristmas, and she said a Pullman pan for baking gluten-free bread. I thought I'd get her a cookbook to go along with it. Anyone have a favorite to recommend? She has some other food allergies too - eggs and soy. I haven't done any gluten-free baking myself so I don't know if that matters, just have a vague idea that you sometimes have to add ingredients to gluten-free breads and I don't want to give her a book fof recipes that she can't use :-) Thanks for your help.
