Favorite cast iron history

I was passing through West Virginia today and I stopped at an antique store where I came upon a treasure trove of vintage cast iron. I picked up three pieces, one of which is a griddle with the Favorite Piqua Ware smiley logo.

I enjoy knowing about the history of things and there is a lot of info on quite a few manufacturers of vintage cast iron cookware. But information about Favorite seems pretty scarce. I know the company stopped making cast iron cookware in about 1935. But I'd love to at least know some history of when various logos or trademarks were used so that I could estimate the date of the piece. Does anyone know where to find this info?

(The other two pieces I picked up are a No. 9 plated Griswold with the large logo that will need some cleanup and a No. 8 Victor that is in amazing shape considering that it is apparently over 100 years old!).
