I've been looking at some of the Signature Calphalon ceramic nonstick bakeware. Although I have WS Gold, USA Pan silicon-coated, SS, and stoneware baking pans, I am intrigued by a NS, more durable than Teflon-coating bakeware. As a plus, square corners would be a bonus. Is this the only product available? Is it very durable or should I stick with my EH? I'm also not thrilled with the dark color, which may cause overbrowing. Is there a better product out there?
