Emulsion for salad dressings...

minimal experience making spinning my own - but Caesar is on the menu....
bought one of the cute one cup food processors to make the 'whisking' easier...

Question: when doing an oil / vinegar emulsion, does it come together better / more stable if one/the other/all/none of the ingredients are warm/room temp vs cold?

for mine - I use room temp EVOO and room temp red wine vinegar.
s&fgp + garlic and most of a tin of anchovies....including the (packed in) oil...

all works, but wondering warming (ingredients) - or chilling after making - or ?? / other tips to a good oil&vinegar dressing
