I am helping my nephew with a school project about Equador. I was looking for something simple that we could prepare together, and that he could show to and share with his class. Most of what I have sourced on the internet is not exclusively from Equador, but Latin America in general. The children are fifth graders and open to most foods (no nuts). I also need a bit of a history that would be interesting about the recipe. Does anyone have any ideas?
