Sampled 6 different dishes with a fellow pepper head last night. All except a Thai pork appetizer (much better at a Thai restaurant) were good, with varying heat. Some (inner beauty doused chicken wings, individual rib with sriracha-like sauce) were obligatory variations on what they've already had in the past. Others (scallops with sesame oil, beef short rib, stuffed poblano) really showed off the creativity of the grill team, emphasizing flavor as well as heat. These last 3 dishes I'd heartily order again. The place had a few empty tables as late as 8pm.
Disclaimer - I am an ECG regular (albeit much more infrequently of late), though I have no connection to the place.
