We are going Saturday. I have not eaten here in about two years. I have eaten a LOT of NC BBQ in my life and I really thought ECG's was pretty great, although part of that was probably my dismay/delight to see it on the menu at the "seafood place" So here are my questions:
1. How are the beef brisquet and the dry rub ribs? I have been on a little dry rub frenzy lately so I am trying to decide between just getting the dry rub or getting the sampler, which included the brisquet, dry rub, and the NC BBQ. Thoughts?
2. What else is great on this menu? The swordfish, monkfish, and blue fish all look pretty fine.
