Since the original thread about best dumplings on the peninsula is buried way down the page, I'd like to ask here what the name of the Shanghai restaurant on 25th Ave in San Mateo is. They are supposed to have excellent XLB.
Also, what are good dumpling (steamed, thin skin, northern style) restaurants in SF? And finally, what's a good place to buy frozen dumplings (SF or Peninsula)?
