Dulce le leche

There is a farm in Washington that makes just a few cases of fresh goat's milk (with cow's milk?) dulce le leche (caramel) each year. Anyone know it? I've Googled and searched but can't find it. I know the couple makes it by hand and brings some to Portland, I want to get some. Thx.
